RMA Process

Once we have received your information we will send you a RMA number and if necassary a de­con­ta­mi­nation dec­la­ra­tion. Please send us back the de­con­ta­mi­na­tion assess­ment in advance, then the goods, sta­ting the RMA number and a de­tailed de­scrip­tion of the error.

After receipt of the goods, we will im­me­diate­ly test it. Should a paid repair be neces­sary, we will sent you a quote in advance. Gua­ran­tee and war­ran­ty cases will be re­pair­ed im­me­diate­ly and will be ship­ped back to you.
